Deposits, Late and No Show Cancellation Payments

I am requesting that all First Time Guests and Guest that I have not serviced in 1 (one) month or more, please pay a non-refundable down payment fee of $40.00 which will credit your service for your appointment on the day you schedule. If for any reason you decide to cancel, no-show or you show up for an appointment 20 minutes late and I need to cancel you, you will not be refunded any money.

$5.00 Convenience Fee will be added 

Cash App is also a payment option which will omit the $5.00 Convenience Fee $KKHBC 

***If you are not requested to pay a deposit, and you do not give 24 hours notice or you are a no show, you will receive a link to pay for scheduled services before any future services are rendered. Your standing appointment will be cancelled***

* Appointment deposit must be paid 7 days before actual appointment date or your appointment may be rescheduled for another guest

* Must give 48 hours cancellation notice and money can be applied to your next scheduled appointment only*  

*Expires two weeks from appointment cancellation date to receive deposit credit of $40.00*

*No-Shows receive NO MONEY BACK*

 

*Weaves require a $75.00 payment for first time guest. For any reason you decide to cancel, your payment is non-refudable and payment cannot be used for any future appointments. $5.00 convenience fee added

 

Once payment is made, your appointment will not be replaced. If you do not make the down payment , I will schedule a guest in your place.

 

Please understand that my time is valuable and my time is money. My request is due to clients who I consider my guest and them not being courteous or considerate of my time.
